We really do think outside the box! Many of our customers depend on us for dozens of signing fixtures and we’ve learned with them what pressure a grand opening brings to the people in the field. We’ve seen the turmoil, the costly re-orders and next day shipping charges when your supplier verifies delivery but you still cannot find that one critical box. And you know that back room is an ocean of kraft colored boxes. When it’s your job on the line, the CEO is walking through the next day and your signs are still not up…it just has to get done at any cost.
At Marketing Communications we’ve been there. We’ve spent time searching through that mountain of kraft and we were frustrated too. Our solution: we pack all of our boxes in a can’t-miss yellow and black striped tape. It’s a tape that resembles a police caution line. And when it’s you or a member of your team in the store making sure the CEO nods with approval you’ll be damn glad we thought about it.
While a simple solution, it represents the care we take in packaging our orders for arrival. It’s not a bad representation of how we like to take care of our customers either. Oh, and this is not something special we haul out for the big guys, we do this with every order we pack; no extra cost, just peace of mind.
